Noir Cyberpunk HDRI from JDA HDRI - How to get Black and White Renders

I am pretty sure I am missing something simple but I cannot get black and white renders out of these. I have seletected the Environment Map and selected the Render Settings but nothing seems to be working.

Don't know about that particular product, but:

Render Settings -> Tone Mapping -> Saturation, set to 0
