Shiny Spots on Head - Please Assist

I have no idea what's going on here --

I have an Advanced Distant light, UberEnvironment2, and a DS distant light set to specular. No light is at 100% and I'm not using any depth maps for shadows.

I have rendered with all combos of lights on and off and these things keep showing up (unless all lights are off). This leads me to believe there's maybe an issue with his skin/SSS? I thought I'd ask those with more knowledge/experience than myself for some help in this matter.

(I discovered this while test rendering. By no means is this close to complete.)

I think it is an issue with the specularity setting on the skin. Where perhaps poser settings applied? It also looks as if there is no bump applied. I'd check the settings and compare them to a character that does not do that.
