How to change Genesis 8.1's cutout opacity?

Some part of the Genesis 8.1's surfaces' cutout opacity can be changed, but some of them like the nails and the torso, I can't find the cutout opacity.
Please tell me how to change it, thank you so much!

Apply the basic Iray shader to get the opacity dial back. If you hold down Ctrl at the same time, then the option to ignore images can be selected.
Catherine's right: the PBRSkin shader doesn't have an opacity option.
