Click the thicker horizontal part at the center of the horizontal divider above the Tips/Info/Tags section.
Sorry, it looks like you've actually got the navigation part and the content icons part side by side. Click at the top of those two sections to close the file type checkboxes.
Same again, not sure what happened here. Will post another pic below. As you can see in the window/tab that i have open is (Loading&Creating; tab). Everything is normal.
Here we have the (Posing/Shaping) tab. For some reason, every time I go into this my figure is not showing in the scene.?
Click where I have marked on your image to close the top panel.
EDIT:
Just saw your latest post. You don't have a viewport pane there, go to Window > Panes (Tabs) > Viewport to get one, then dock it.
In the latest image you have closed the Viewport pane - go to Windows>Panes(Tabs)>Viewport and then drag it to dock it in the middle again.
By the way, if you use the Windows Sniping Tool to take screen shots you won't get all that white around them. Just type Snip into the Start menu/screen.
