PROBLEM LOADING GENESIS 8

I'm a new Daz user and just installed Daz studio but anytime I click on genesis 8 male or female and I drag it to my view port, it shows me a box figure. My genesis 8 was pre installed by the way.

    Do you get an error? What do you see if you create a new sphere primitive (Create>New Primitive and select sphere from the drop-down)?

    In viewpoint click lick left of Perspective View (A round object with triangle scroll down click (texture shaded) that will change the block figure  to the correct form of Genesis  8 Figure .
