CMS Locking Up My Install

I decided to update Studio to the latest version 4.15.0.30 (Win 64)--a choice I am now regretting. Downloaded and ran the install file with no issue until the end when it started to install CMS. It just locks up on the last portion of the install while installing CMS and stays there for hours until I cancel the install. CMS is not allowing it to complete the installation. How do I get around this (I don't even use content management).

What security software are you using?
Turn off anti-virus software and make sure PostgreSQL isn't running the background. That hung me up too.
