    I imagine they are excluded, but you are right that it doesn't say so.

    They are all PC+ items, which you can't use that coupon for (PC+ items have always been excluded from that one).

    You should be able to use the other coupon (09_21Save6) as long as you add enough other items to get the cart total over $18 though.

    Yes, the coupons are working on those categories where the product itself is eligible, this isn't a case of a missing disclaimer.
