DIM Won't Install New Content -- SOLVED

As of yesterday, my DIM won't install anything new I've just bought. I have four files that, when I click on the Download button, it goes to the Ready to Install tab, and then it fails. It won't go any further than that. Has anyone else had this problem?

I fixed it! I unplugged my external drive and plugged it back in again. It's been losing contact lately, so I think it couldn't find the drive. I'm able to install now.
