PLEASE HELP!! why are my Pre-Sets not available?

THIS PROGRAM IS REALLY REALLY COOL BUT ITS DRIVING ME NUTS BECAUSE I CANT FIND CERTAIN THINGS AT ALL. I'M PRETTY SURE THE PROGRAM DIDNT DOWNLOAD ALL THE PIECES IT NEEDED AND I DONT KNOW WHAT I DID WRONG. PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH A RESONABLE SOLUTION.

In the tab actors, posers, under the tab shaping, there should be bars that allow me to make my charecter masculine, fat, small tall, child like and everything, I dont have ANY of those tabs and this insane programe gives me tutorial videos on how to use something that isnt there in the first place. I dont have any of these tools and its driving me crazy. I have poser 4.7 pro and i really want to use the program with out taring my hair out if someone can tell me what i'm doing wrong PLLLLEEEASSSEEE HELP!

    Have you installed the content that comes with the program?
    Genesis Starter Essentials
    Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials
    Genesis 2 Male Starter Essentials
    Default Lights and Shaders for DAZ Studio

    Are you installing using DAZ Install Manager or using stand-alone installers and manually installing zips?

    wow thanks so much for replying so fast!! i appreciate the help

    but yeah, I downloaded starter pack and everything, would it be better if I uninstalled the program and tried doing it again. I have the daz pro 4.7 and install manager and it states. in INstall manager on the further collum to the right, the tab that is labeled INSTALLED () states that I have genesis 2-DMC, Genesis 2 female starter essentials and its marked with a little check mark on its side, I also have genesis 2 male starter essentials in this list and its also marked with a little check mark. I went online and downloaded something else and its called james package, which was free and I had it show up in my install manager but when ever itry to pull it up on daz i'm getting nothing ): i hope that makes sense and if you can give me some advice i would truly appreciate it!

    Genesis 2 comes with fewer morphs than the original Genesis - presumably because the base was all we had initially for Genesis, but Genesis 2 had morph packs as soon as it was released.

    You are going to need the morph packages to do any major reshaping of Genesis and the Genesis 2s.
