Strand based hair problem

So I've downloaded a hair product, to make it perfectly and be able to fit the figures, I have to firstly convert it into a figure from a prop, then I'll have to use transfer utility to make it fit, everything goes smoothly until now, my problem is that whenever there is a loading move involved, like load the saved character subsets with the hair figure or restart the software, the transfered hair product becomes a grey cube in both viewport and renders. What should I do?

So you are able to rig and save the hair, but when you try to load it you get only the placeholder boxes? How are you saving - to a scene, preests, or as ana sset (and then a scene or preset)?
So i basically saved the whole character figure with the hair as a scene subset, and every single time I restart the software or load it again, it becomes a placeholder box (for the hair only)
Have you checked the log after loading (Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File)?
I just created a new spheer primitive, created a new Strand based hair object on it, painted in a little disc over one ple, savee as a scene subset, and reloaded successfully into a new scene.
nope, I didn't find anything wrong in my log files
So, what was the "hair product" that you downloaded and in which format did it come in?
It is actually an "adult" product that is not convenient to show the pictures of it, but I can show you the holderbox form of it which is how it looks like after my loading move. The picture on the left is its original form in scene tab in daz, and on the right is the visual form in scene after I loaded it.
I don't understand why you would need to convert that into anything.
Do you have "Golden Palace" that is needed for "Golden Growler"?
Okay, my case is that, golden growler will work and will only work under the circumstance that there is only golden palace loaded on the figure, but I have applied several other grafts for the female figure as well, so that golden growler is not going to function, the only solution to make it compatible with other grafts as well is to convert it into a figure and use transfer utility.
Strand Based Hair needs to grow from a mesh, if the target mesh is not present it won't work. You'd need to bake to actual geometry, which would probably be very high density mesh.
