In Child Node of Figure: Set x,y, or z Scale Individually when Only Scale Shows Up

When there's only scale, but not x scale, y scale, and z scale in child node of a figure is there any way to add or make the individual scales settable? This would really help fitting some clothes items correctly when they're only wrong in 1 scale vector.
