BubbleZ Assistance

Hello, all! I recently purchased the BubbleZ prop for use in some underwater renders. After some issues installing the prop I finally got it to...sort of...work. The box outlining the bubbles will appear in the viewport when I have the prop selected and they'll even show up when I run the little pointer arrow over it. However I can't see them in the viewport and they don't show up when I render the image. 
Has anyone else had this issue? How did you fix it? Thanks! :-)

What you are describing is normal behavior of Studio and product specific.
