Luxus, Luxrender and Operating System

Purchased Reality 4 about a month ago, went to install it only to find that it found my Win. xp 64 pro platform too antiquated. Said I required Win. 7. Want to try Luxrender and Luxus but am uncertain if it will run into same issue. Luxrender site states win. xp with sp3 as ok but there is no sp3 for Win. xp 64 pro. Anyone know whether or not it will load and perform. Thanks in advance.

    LuxRender should work in XP 64 but if you ask on their forums they generally respond quickly.
    and I thought I was a holdout with Win 7!
