add background jpeg

I'm using version 4.7.0.12. In a previous version one could add a backdrop jpeg by going to Edit, than Add a Backdrop (or something similar). Can anyone tell me where that can be found in this version.

    Window>Panes(Tabs)>Environment, set the Active Type to backdrop and the usual options will appear. There are more details in the FAQ, linked below.
