How to apply morphs and shapes?

So i have the daz studio latest version and i have the "Growing up" for genesis 3 morphs and shapes. I also have the genesis 3 base models. Though, when i select the figure And try to apply a preset, morph, or shape. Nothing happens. The model does not change, no errors are given. it simply refuses to apply it. i checked the parameters tab for morphs and there is nothing there. all files are in the same directory where Daz can access them

 

 am i doing something wrong?

How did you install? Exactly where is this same directory, and what are your content directory settings?
