Is it possible to render every other frame?

So, I have a weird use case here.
Long story short, I use the RIFE App (An AI frame interpolator app) to turn 30 fps footage into 60 fps footage, which does a pretty good job most of the time.
I then take the 60fps image sequence and I set my DAZ scene file to 60fps in order to render over parts of the image sequence that looks too glitchy.
Problem is, when set to image series, I am essentially re-rendering non-glitchy frames sourced from my original 30fps batch render. It would obviously save a lot of time during this step if I could somehow render every other frame. Any way to do this?
(yes, I know this is a very unusual use case)

Yes.
Use the scripting engine.
Create a for loop that iterates through the timeline and renders every odd or even frame.
