face transfer failed

"Face transfer failed to generate. Try a different source image."
I did look for people who faced the same issue,and I did what they says

1.all the path need to be English

2.name of image need to be English too

but still not work

any solustion?

Obviously we can't speculate what the problem is without seeing the source image, but I have had FT fail on me sometimes when the forehead is cropped, or when the neckline isn't well defined.  So, make sure forehead is fully visible, and neckline is fully visible.  Long hair may cause problems too.
