Can't use product library or 'add to cart' on website

Before I start - been gone a while from the forums but I last downloaded DS4.6 - something has changed in the website and I can't use it properly anymore.
I tried sending the following through support ticket but even the 'submit' button won't work (and yes, I included all the required fields).
I've tried using both Firefox (34 and 35) on Win7-64 at home and XP32 at work, and Google Chrome (39) and IE8 on Win7-64.
I am unable to access my products through the Daz website.
Clicking any buttons has no effect and no products show up in the product library. Clicking Filter/Clear has no effect, clicking 'add to cart' on the shop pages has no effect. (only a little '#' shows up in the address bar like it's trying to execute a script)
I've made sure to allow all scripts for the website and I have no ad-blockers or other such things running.
I can browse my order history one by one but this is taking forever to find the product I need.
If I click on manual 'Download' a product in order history, it takes me to the product library page with just that product shown (and I can download from there) - but I still can't clear it and get to filter through the product library.
In addition - there is no 'login' button shown on the main site page (I need to go through 'Forums' to login and select 'my account'.
I don't know what changes have been made to the website since I last downloaded something but the new format seems unsuitable for normal browsing and use.
I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Yes, I've tried clicking there (as well as everywhere else :lol: )
I can login through the forum and get to 'My Account' through there - the main problem is being unable to use the product library under 'My Account' to search for my previous orders (nor being able to add anything to the cart).
The Forums and the Store are separate logins, logging into the forums wont help with the Store.
If you are in the Forums pages, click on Shop in the top menu, then click on the little figure as shown in Chris's image, that will log you in to the Store. The next time you click on that icon, you should see a link to My account, Wishlist, Orders etc.
Logging in through the forum DOES get me to my shop account when I click on 'My Account' - the problem is the little man icon does nothing - and I can go through my order history one-by-one - I just can't use the product library for some reason.
As an aside - I'm just trying a VPN now - that makes the little man icon work for logging in.
So there must be something being blocked by China - though I can visit any page on the website, I just can't interact with all the buttons.
In the My Account page I click on 'Product Library' and now I get a message "Unable to load recent personalized data. Cart contents, product ownership and account information may be incorrect. "
But it does seem to be working.
So it seems it's a problem with China blocking something but I don't know what that could be to stop just some buttons working.
At least I can use it through the VPN, though I'd rather not have to as the download speeds are awful ;)
