Reinstalled Daz , fine the smart library but My Library don't

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

So i cannot save scene and using some freebie

I have a CPU Intel core i7 6800k 3.4GHz Hexa Core Cache 15MB, DIMM DDR4 16GB (x4) PC 3000 MHZ, Geforce Asus strix-GTX1080Ti 11GB GDDDR5X (x2)

a Hard disk solid sosk M.2 250GB SAMSUNG 960 EVO  (C for windows and swap memory I suppose), a Hard disk solid disk samsung 850 EVO 2TB  (D for daz - 6000 daz product here) and another Hard disk 2TB (F for tutorial, PDF readme and MyLibrary )

Now smart library works, but I don't know how link My library so I may save scene and use freebie, please help, thank you.

    If Smart Content works then the content must be installed correctly and should be appearing in the Content Library pane too.

    Why can't you save? What happens when you try, and which method are you using to save?

    The regular content work, I may render, but if I wanna use the content library to get my Library (probably it is linked to a empty one in D and not to my in F, don't work, i save the scene in F but in smart content I cannot find it , not in scene , not in saved files, once it vas a local user icon where I could get the saved files I believe.

    Have you listed your F-drive in Daz Studio?

    Probably not.

    Edit > Preferences > Content > Content Manager and then add the path to the Daz Studio area on F under Daz Studio Formats and maybe Poser formats too if you have Poser formats installed on F.

    which one i must link to my freebie ? I dont wanna to touch the one linked to regular daz product, I dont wanna reinstall again all.   ( near 2TB of stuff)

    You can expand Daz Stusio formats by clicking on the '+'

    And ff you mark Dax Studio Formats you shall Add directory and create a new directory with the wanted content. That path shall go to the higest level of the DS folder similar to where you have installed it.

    I am rather surprised if you have a Connect folder under Daz Studio formats as it has it own content folder. I don't use Connect, but still surprised how it has got there, as Connect has its own file structure.

    Maybe try to do a scrrenshot of what you are seeing.

    You shouldn't have a Data folder in that list.

    But I have and it is of 314 Gb, it works so I prefer don't touch it

    Thank you everyone for the help, now it work, I may use my saved scene and freebies.
