Feet Stuck in Pose

I have a female character who had on high heels. Now I want to have her stand barefoot or in flat shoes but her feet are stuck pointed down. I tried right-clicking the pose tab to clear all animation and zero all poses but the feet will not zero out. Even if I select the bone tool to manually adjust the feet, they won't budge. I used to have them pinned but removed the pins and deactivated pinning. Any ideas?

You could try the zero options in the Parameters pane drop-down menu, there are more of them there I think.

Maybe save the scene, and re-open it again?

Check through your Poses, there may be High Heels On and High Heels Off pose presets either in a pose set for the figure or as part of a pair of shoes/boots set.

Have you checked to see if the bend angle parameter on the feet is locked? I wonder if that could be it... though it would be odd for that to happen if you didn't do it yourself.

You should be able to "zero figure pose" from the edit menu, but that will zero everything, not just the heels.

Thanks a lot! I checked and the feet bend, rotation and twist parameters were locked. I unlocked them and did a zero figure pose and all is back to normal. I don't know how that happened. Must of been when I was trying to force the pinning system to work.
