What OS X do you have on your Mac? Unfortunately Bryce 7 will not run on any OS X newer than 10.6 (Snow Leopard) THis is stated on the Store product page.

Hello, you need to run the Mac Installer (anything .exe) is Windows.
You should download the correct installer for Mac OS X from the store. Remember though as Pam said, Bryce won't work on Mac OS X past 10.6 (snow leopard). The mac installer is named Bryce_7.1.0.109_Mac32.zip
