Rendering Settings in 4.7?

I like much of 4.7, but I miss the sort of Dummy settings in the 4.6 Render box. I could use a slider to go from lower res to higher res. That's missing in 4.7 ( or I can't find it). What's the equivalent in 4.7? How do I do a lower res render of an animation?

4.7 on a mac.

On the Render Settings pane under the Editor or Advanced tab, there's a pulldown at the top for Render Engine. 3delight is what was 4 - Slow - High Quality, Basic OpenGL is 1 - Fast - Low Quality.
