Missing Product picture file

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hello. I've searched but not finding anything. I just loaded product from DAZ Central to Studio. in the SMART Content Tab the product picture is missing. If I wanted to create one my self, what is the full path I would place the PNG file in please? Same for M4 product that I had previously loaded. Thanks!!

    There are a few products like this, I'm afraid. I see the same with this one so it isn't just your system.

    Sometimes the products either don't have a thumbnail or it has the wrong name. You can add a suitably named thumbnail file to the Runtime/Support folder. All Products will get a metadata file of some kind, either supplied with the package or generated automatically to fill the basic requirements (product name, SKU, assets, etc.). You can take any promo pic and resize if needed (JPG or PNG). You MUST name the thumbnail to match the existing metadata filename, which you can usually find by searching for the product's SKU in the Runtime/Support folder.
