Clothing item (AJC Cropped Jacket) showing up as grey blocks on G8F

Hi,

I'm getting an odd issue where the AJC Cropped Jacket (https://www.daz3d.com/ajc-cropped-style-outfit-for-genesis-8-female-s) won't load properly and only shows grey blocks.
When I try to render it, nothing shows up except for the zipper of the jacket.

The pants from this product work fine.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it via both DC and DIM.
Going to the content and trying to add in the included materials.

What else can I try to resolve this?

    In my understanding that means lack of geometry data.

    What does your log say?

    In your Product Library [in your account] you can download the zip file and check inside if if there is a "data" folder. That would contain the geometry required. If it is not there, then fill out a CS ticket and request one. Or if you purchased it inside the last 30 days you should be able to request a store credit/money back.

    I've checked the data folder an found the item - it looks like there are both morphs, UV sets and dsf files and they match the zip file.

    Checking the logs, it shows that it default.dsf has the wrong vertex/facet count (whatever this means) and that it can't load the UVs.
    It's passed the 30 days since I purchased this - do you know of any way I can make it work?

    My installation seems OK, via Connect. Are other items installed at the same time working? Have you tried redownloading in case there was an update?
