After some trepidation at deleting OD files, I replaced a folder in one of the many DAZ 3D Studio folders scattered about by the cloudthingy.

C:\Users\User\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library\Scenes is the generic path. I added the \Scenes, went back to DAZ, chose File Save as (this lets you see the path) saved my scene.

Closed and exited DAZ. Reopened DAZ...No more error for the writeAuth: Couldn't open configuration!! That's my fix.

Unless you have need for it I suggest uninstalling onedrive then going to onedrive.com to download your files then deleting the files from onedrive.com you don't want to keep stored online.

Windows Updates might reinstall it and re-enable it so it might become an arms race to keep Daz products in the Documents folder.

LAMH and others hard coded to place files there might need to be patched to stop doing so.

I had no trouble with LAMH. I've unsynched, unbackup'd, and unlinked, then uninstalled. So far, so good.
