Has anyone else had any issues loading this set?

It isn't accessing all the files and loads an incomplete set..

I've un-installed and re-installed at least 8 times, even tried manual install in My Library, 

nothing seems to work

I tried it at the moment: complete Environment loads without errors.

I've tried everyway possible, Smart Content, Install Manager and Manual

If you install from Smart Content, that is the only version that Daz studio will see. Even if you also install manually, with Daz Central, or Daz Install Manager (DIM), all those versions will be ignored by Daz Studio. In order for Daz Studio to see any of the other installations, you first need to uninstall the product from within Daz Studio Smart Content. Some products don't work properly when installed from within Daz Studio. Daz is trying to fix that, but I don't think all problems are resolved yet. So I suggest that you uninstall the product from Smart Content and then install it with DIM.

I've done that twice already LOL  Its frustrating but, theres got to be a way to complete

ly un-install and start over - 

I also installed it manually into My Library but, the same issue

You've almost certainly have a corrupt install. I'd uninstall manually, as in go to the connect directory data folder and select and delete the file before re-installing them with DIM.

I just un-installed from Daz and the instal manager, whats weird is it now loads from "My Library" just fine.....

Now to get it to load as Smart Content

Do you happen to be installing with Daz Studio open? If so in most cases you need to re-Import metadata. Just make sure you close Daz Studio unless your installing with Connect.
