    It can be sent via WeTransfer. Zip it up as much as possible and the upload to WeTransfer, then e-mail the link that WeTransfer send you.

    tried compressing it down .... never got smaller so was still too big to use those folks.

    I am spending too much time on this issue, so going to cut my losses and replace

    the scenes I did while avoiding the merge function.

    If it shows up even on small scenes try repeating my experiment with the sphere, and if your file sizes are very different send one of those (you could just attach it to a post here if it isn't too much bigger than mine). The files are already compressed, that's why zipping them doesn't have much effect

    I have no issue merging scenes. I merged 4 scenes in this render, No issues with extra data, whatever your merging has added the extra data.
