Help from a newbie

Hi. I just got Daz 3D 4.15 yesterday, I started working on it and then it suddenly crashes (it turns off the app if I try to log in or it might happen randomly when I try to do certain things. Someone please help me. I'm a newbie but I'm getting the hang of this and I really wanna learn. Please help
