Pose packs Only Applying To Lower Half

Hi , i’m new to daz studio but i was doing pretty good or so i thought . when i first started using the pose pack 2 days ago it worked perfectly but,  today i tried using it and it would only change the bottom half of my character the top would stay t-posed .  does anyone know how to fix this ? (the genesis 8 starter pose pack works normally)

    Maybe the same error I made in my "first DAZ Days": some Pose Packs offer 3 Options: Lower, Upper and Full Body.

    Most pose packs have multiple stances bottom, top and full, also have gen types some of them, if you scroll through them say in smart content you'll know what i mean, some poses are indicated by a half shaded icon others tell you bottom, top or full pose. the half poses are for quick mix & matching between stances.
