How do you Apply High Heel shoes that Don't Come with Foot Poses?

It seems that if you use Foot Poses from other Shoes pack, they don't work  on different shoes. So how do you do it?

Select Left Foot in the scene, look in the parameters tab > Pose Controls > Left Foot High Heeled Shoe slider. Adjust as much or as little as required.Repeat for the right foot.

Select the rotate tool, rotate foot, then rotate toes.

Amazing. I didn't know that slider was there....
