need help with install daz in a "secondary slave hd"

ok, those days my "old hd" infarted, then i had to buy a new, but this time i've decided do the famous "buy" a ssd for windows and a hd for the remains, i've bought a ssd of 480 giga which is more than enough for windows and some of my programs and have bougth a hd of 4 tera, to place all my games and secondary programs and others stuffs like the daz, then my issue is with daz, i'm using the "DIM" to install daz and everything because i really like dim things work better when i'm instaling from him, but my issue is when trying to install anything aside from the daz basic stuffs like any stuff i've bought, after click in install and open daz the stuff is nto appearing as "instaled" it still being showed as to be instaled even despise it being stored in the proper folder, the program is not recogning the installed stuff, then i feel which maybe i'm doing something wrong then anyone can give a proper "step by step" on how to install daz and everything using the dim in a secondary storage device(hd)?

Don't log into DS and don't let it go online, you are seeing the products as "to be installed" because you haven't used DAZ Connect to install them within DS - If you do install them inside DS, DAZ Connect will install them to a completely different location, resulting in double the storage usage and quite often megadata related problems as DAZ Connect keeps connecting to DAZ servers and updates the metadata with incorrect or corrupted data.

thanks for the replay i've tried that and not get online but daz still "fishing" and still installed some stuffs in my primary hd, like it eat 4 giga of the hd which is a lot for a 480 giga, it still installing some stuffs in the primary this is why i would love a tutorial about how to install daz on a secondary hd and make sure it only gonna use the secondary hd and forget the existence of the primary.
