Cannot apply Rider Poses to Tetracovine

No combination of parenting Genesis 8 to Tetracovine or visa versa causes the poses to function. 

It either morphs the reins and only reins or I get the following error.

    Did you hover your pointer over the thumbnail that says "Read First...?" Instructions are in the info tip popup. Hint: Abdomen.

    Tips don't pop up in Daz.  They never have.

    You don't get an info popup with a thumbnail image and asset details (filename, path, author, etc.) when holding the pointer over an icon? That's unfortunate. Several products rely on that behaviour to convey important information with a larger "tip" graphic.

    Nope that does nothing.

    However... On the Content Tab, I enabled "Show File Info Tool Tips In Content Library" and that worked.
