Carrara on a multiuser work station at the dayjob?

i been talking my manager into getting us carrara for the 3d printer

it would be on a shared workstation pc. win10.  not a network share, we'd be physically at the pc, next to the printer

 

i want my own preferences file.

how would you set up a carrara install for the shop, so we'd all have our own preferences?
