MRL dForce Fantasy Hair Pack isn't dForce compatible?

Hi,

I recently bought the MRL dForce Fantasy Hair Pack. It doesn't seem to actually be dForce compliant.... at all. Tried many settings and everything I know to get this working. Seems to clip straight through the model (lmao) or get stuck in a clump. Here's a picture of it doing both. The front fronds are stuck in their pose, but the back has clipped through the model (but I did an animation timeline so I can see the back hair was falling with gravity...

As you can see, I've use some other dForce items which I simulated first and then froze. They are still visible in the simulation, just frozen.

Tried this on other models and poses. No luck. Same result. 

Can anyone help me out?
