Filter by context not working for female figures

Whenever I have a female figure loaded, filter by female doesn't seem to work. I've tried multiple female figures. The only stuff available when I have a female figure selected is a few render setting products, and one environment.

This issue isn't doesn't seem to have for male figures. I'm not sure what option or setting I triggered to cause this. 

I did notice the drop down menu above the files/products is greyed out for the female figures with "GC statue", while the male figure's default is male, and it lets me bring down the menu to select other figures. Not sure if that's related to this or part of the issue.

Anyone got any ideas?

    There are some bad products in the store that essentially hijack Genesis 8 Female. Is that the female you are having problems with? If so, I've heard the advice to reinstall the Genesis 8 Starter Essentials package.
