Problem with Installation of Orestes Milky Way Skydome

Hi all,
I just purchased two of Orestes Skydome products, Cassini and Milky Way. Cassini installed and works just fine. Milky Way installs but nothing loads into the scene. When clicking on the render setting icon, it appears to go through a loading process and the Iray view resets, but the skydome doesn't load and the render settings remain unchanged. I've attempted installations via both Daz Connect and Daz Central with the same results. I've uninstalled and reinstalled; I've closed out Studio and Central and reopened and reinstalled. I've rebooted the PC. Still the same results.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ideas: Open D/S and reset the Render settings to "Default" - then load one of the render scenes. Do a render or spot render to see if it shows. Check sure that show Dome is turned on and that the appropriate .hdr was loaded to the image dial for it. IF the image is missing, browse for its location and add it that way.
Thanks for responding. I had already done much of what you suggested. I was able to load the HDR files manually, which I assume means that the presets are bad. I'm just concerned that the presets include specific render settings that optimize the scene. That appears to be the case with the Cassini Skydomes.
What version of Studio are you using? The newer Render Setting products need at least 4.14 or 4.15 to use the new Environment and Tonemapping nodes. I'm not using 4.15 (still on 4.12 myself), and I have some HDRI sets that I can't use yet. Eventually...
Yep, I'm also on 4.12. Didn't even think of that. Checked the product page and indeed it requires 4.15. Oh well . . .
Okay. If you change the render settings to be similar to what the working product has, add the image etc. you can save new Render Presets [just use a new name so they don't overwrite existing files]. Gives you a starting position anyways.
Or, you can return the product if bought in the last 30 days. May or not have reprecussions if its purchase triggered any discounts though - this is how we end up keeping a lot of stuff for maybe one day when it'll work ;-)
The Product Page always lists the latest version of Studio, regardless, so don't go by that. Still, it would be nice to know a minimum version required.
I'm going to keep it. I'll play with the render settings and save new presets as Catherine suggested. Thanks for the help, guys. Much appreciated.
