Content broken

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi,

I have a problem with this content : https://www.daz3d.com/regal-protector-heritage_moonscape-graphics

First, it doesn't appear in my smart content panel. Secondly, in the content library panel, I can't load anything. I have a dialogue box saying "data/ravenhair/regal protector for him/shin guards/uv sets/ravenhair/base/default.dsf" for every piece of cloth. I checked in the data folder and indeed the file doesn't exist. In fact, the folder "regal protector for fim" doesn't even exist at all. There is one in the "people" and "runtime" folder but not in the "data" folder. I've tried to re-install, reload content database, manually installed but nothing works... I've got the same problem everytime.

Would love to have a little help please :s

    Do you have the required product? If so, does that load correctly? The product you linked is just a texture expansion, so it won't load anything by itself, and won't appear under wardrobe in Smart Content. Does it appear under Materials?
