Where I can find guide to backup all content and custom categories to new machine?
Is possible to backup ( and move to another machine) Custom Categories I`ve made ?

To save it: Content DB Maintenance -> Export User Data. This will save one or more UserData_n.dsx files to the Runtime/Support folder. They can be copied to another computer to restore (and backup, backup, backup).
To Restore it: Content DB Maintenance -> Re-Import Metadata. You can optionally include any number of Products and your User Data files to restore. Note that the content must be there for the references in the custom categories to be restored, otherwise they will be empty.
You can copy the entire library to a new machine as is, as well as installation records (manifests). If you use the same path for the Library, you shouldn't have to do much of anything to resume where you left off, other than configure paths in Studio and maybe something related to your method of installation.
