Cannot download some purchased items

I've just purchased "Ogre HD for G8M" and "The Creature HD for G8M" and I have them in my product library, but cannot download and/or install them. The "Download zip" button as well as the "Download" button for IM are missing! Please fix this issue.

Please open a support ticket for now, it may be an account issue. If it seems more widespread we may be able to go direct to the the file uploaders and try to get it restored.
