Help Centre waiting time

I submitted a request to get a refund or products I purchases transfered to another account yesterday on the help centre. How long does it usually take to get a response? Thank you.

    Usually around 48 hours, but I believe they are closed for the holidays currently.

    It can depend on when you submit the order. I've found orders submitted around Friday are often done on Sunday. But DAZ 3d's site does close for holidays and such, and probably they have a lot of orders being processed so that could delay things a bit. =-)

    Well thank you for your reponses. It would be a nice help if they had listed times of operation during the week and days they're closed for the holidays. I'm just not a patient person lol.
