Measurement Metrics Problem

Potentially really useful for getting kids age & proportions about right, but I have problem which means I can't trust it.

I have created a number of young male characters.

I am comparing 2 using measurement metrics.

Both are visually the same height, - move to ground, line up correctly as viewed from above, place a wardrobe behind them and adjust it to required height, remove the hair to avoid mistakes in that area, then adjust the boys height so that they are visually the same viewed from in front.

I accept that the figures given by measurement metrics will not be identical, but measurement metrics reads almost a 3 inch difference in overall height.

Oddly, inseam (I would call "inside leg"?) is the same within 0.5 in, but "thigh to floor" is over 3 in different.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Can you post a screenshot? That sounds like a large difference.

The tape measure on the right doesn't appear to be reaching the floor. How does it look in a non-perspective view (e.g. Front)?

There is a problem there, and I think that is the cause of the mismeasuring.

I did not set that up, it was Measure Metrics did it automatically so I did not check it. There seem to be 2 different floor levels.

Now you have pointed it out it looks pretty easy to correct, thanks a lot!
