how do i make this less shiny?

i like this skin but it's a bit too shiny and i was hoping to lower the glossiness. I already tried lowering the spec but it didn't seem to do anything, what am I looking for?

Glossy layer weight and reflectivity can also be turned down a bit to reduce the shine. It's best to do this after you've set up you scene beacuse skin can look entirely different depending on your lighting.
