Creating Clothing for custom G8F morphs

Hello,

I am trying to find a way to easily create clothing for custom morphs of the genesis 8 Female.  I am already using blender to create the clothes, and know how to import and rig them for the base model.  When I apply them to my custom characters they are very distorted and the mesh cuts through itself particularly in the breast area.  At this point I have to them go back and forth to create morphs for the clothes and this is very time consuming for each piece. 

I am wondering If anyone knows how I can model the clothes on my custom character and then import and rig them on the custom charater instead of the base G8F.  Thank you for any help that can be provided.
