Own Renders and credits

Hey there!

I'm a newbie in Daz3D and I practice with the program since one year now.

So my question is:

What should I do when I'm posting my rendered pics into Deviantart for example. Do I have to post the Credits of every artist from all my used stuff (props, textures...) into the description of the pic???

The most stuff I've used is bought stuff from Daz3d and Renderosity and some freestuff for commercial and non-commercial use.

I don't want to get trouble when I post some of my renders.

Sorry for my bad english.

Many thanks!

no you don't have to but it's always nice to do it.

Thank you very much for the fast answer! :-D

Is it legal to edit textures of a prop and then post it in my render? Like an edited jeans texture.

Yes, you can edit it for your own use, you just can't distribute the edited textures.

Some freebies do require you to credit the creator.

    Thank you fixmypcmike!

So ditributing means that I'm not allowed to post it on a website?

You can post your render, but you can't post or give away the modified texture.
