Looks like the transparency map didn't get plugged in properly in the material conversion. That mess on the forehead can be fixed by adding zeroes to the ray epsilon(I think that is what it is called) making it smaller. That's all the knowledge I can share about octane, I quickly went back to iray after fiddling around for a week or so in octane
