New to Poser, feeling so lost

I have downloaded and I think installed DSON importer. But I can launch or find it. It comes up as a OBJ file, and I don't know how to open it.

    The DSON Importer is a plug-in for Poser 9 SR3 or Poser pro 2012 SR3 or later. To get any content to load you also need to download and install the Genesis and Genesis 2 Starter Es entails packs, both the base and the PoserCFs, to your main Poser content library (for example, Smith Micro\Poser 9 Content) or to another folder selected as a Poser external library.
