Why does Genesis 8 have so few projection templates?

Hello guys! I've just discovered an interesting fact: when it comes to Transfer Utility, Genesis 8 (and 8.1) has much less projection templates than Genesis 3. How comes?

Genesis 8 (Male or Female) seems to be missing the following templates: Footwear, Gloves, Pants, Shirt. How am I supposed to rig high heel shoes, for instance? Should I use Full Body projection template for them? Or should I go without using templates at all? 

How do you rig shoes for Genesis 8? Can you help?

    Most of the times I don't use any templates, the results have not been any better by using one. I just select the figure that the fitted item was originally meant for and go with it.
