PBR skin shader + Daz 10.4

Hello,
This may be painfully opbvious so please excuse me if this question sounds stupid.
I'm a Mac user stuck using Daz Studio 10.4 and High Sierra 10.3.6 in order to render using an Nvidia 1080Ti card via eGPU.
Can someone tell me if the new Physically Based Rendering skin shader used on G8.1 models will work in Daz10.4?
I have run a test but it was a disaster, the figure had no texture when rendered. I'm guessing it's the PBR that's the issue but I could be completely wrong.

Do you mean Daz Studio 4.10.x.x? In any event, I'm afraid the PBR Skin Shader needs the latest Daz Studio (4.15.0.2).

My mistake, it is indeed Version 4.10.0.123.
I thought as much, looks like us Mac users still wanting to render anything in less than a weeks time are stuck using out of date technology.
I think it may be time to consider an alternative to Daz.
tippy toeing in ... or buy Windows!!!! ... skedaddling out
seriously though, they are working towards a solution ... comment was made elsewhere, somewhere in these forums.
