Need Help with Animation

Hi,
I am very new to DAZ and I can't figure out how to use the timeline with the character I created in the viewer. I see in the tutorial videos, they load the characters and they are listed in the timeline automatically. Also those videos look like they're for an older version. To begin, how do I "load" my character in the timeline for use with AniMate2 or regular timeline? I'm just not seeing any links to my character and don't know where to look. Thanks in advance.

    I finally figured it out. Had to click the plus sign in the panel (+).
