Anderson Hall Iray Addon

Hello, I recently picked up the Anderson Hall and the Iray addon for it. With dome & scene lights on, I have loaded up the provided promo scene and tried to do a quick test render and I am getting almost no light in my render. I can make out the faintest bit of light, perhaps coming in through the windows? I have tried everything I can think of and I'm at a loss. I even tried adding a massively bright point light in the middle of the room just to test things and it's acting like its not even there. Just the same near pitch-black render. 

Has anyone used this product and come across the same problem? I'm almost certain I'm missing something incredibly obvious but I'm stumped. Thanks!
